Former US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, says the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, Kamala Harris, will “defend” the democracy and structure of the United States.
Clinton, who was welcomed on the stage with applause from the cheering crowd that reportedly lasted for a minute uninterrupted, said this throughout the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, on Monday.
“She will decrease prices for hard-working households, open the doorways huge for good paying jobs and she’s going to restore abortion rights nationwide.
“She will defend democracy and our constitution and will protect America from enemies foreign and domestic,” Clinton mentioned of Harris.
