President Bola Tinubu will depart Abuja on Wednesday for a three-day official go to to Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, on the invitation of President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.
Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, confirmed the small print of the go to in an announcement launched on Tuesday.
During his go to, Tinubu will meet with Mbasogo on the Presidential Villa in Malabo.
The two leaders are anticipated to carry discussions on key bilateral points, with a selected deal with oil and fuel and safety.
Several agreements can be signed to strengthen cooperation between Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea in these areas.
The assertion added, “The President will be accompanied on the trip by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, and other members of his cabinet who will be involved in the signing of agreements and review of opportunities to improve bilateral relations.”
