The Kaduna State Security Council has relaxed the 24-hour curfew imposed on August 4, 2024, following a assessment of the safety scenario within the state.
According to an announcement by the state Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, on Wednesday, the curfew will now be in impact from 6pm to 8am each day, permitting residents to maneuver freely and perform their respectable actions.
It stated Governor Uba Sani-led Security Council determined to loosen up the curfew after improved safety circumstances in Kaduna and Zaria cities and their environs.
