The Lagos State Government on Tuesday commenced the cleansing of the Ojodu-Berger median that has been defaced by open defecation.
The authorities additionally warned in opposition to the unhygienic follow.
Video shared by the state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, on X confirmed officers of the ministry cleansing up the Ojodu-Berger median.
“Lagos State commences clean-up of Ojodu-Berger median, warns against defecating on the road,” the commissioner wrote.
The median alongside the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway has been an eyesore as a result of open defection.
