Officials of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps have arrested 9 people caught partaking in open defecation within the Berger space of the state.
The state’s Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, disclosed this in a submit on X.com on Saturday.
He wrote, “Nine individuals were arrested for open urination and defecation at Berger last night.”
Wahab had earlier disclosed that 17 people had been arrested on Thursday evening at Berger for open urination, defecation, and never utilizing the pedestrian bridge.
